Landlords' Rights Services

Our Clients Receive Expedited and Professional Legal Services

The Firm has always understood evictions, the extremely time-sensitive nature of eviction actions and the need for them to be processed quickly and handled professionally. The Firm has litigated literally thousands of eviction cases and, over time we have developed and continually refine procedures to handle evictions quickly and efficiently. In nearly all cases, we file eviction lawsuits the very same day they are received.

Our Clients Are Informed Legal Consumers, Every Step of the Way

Due to the time sensitive nature of eviction proceedings, clients of the Firm receive an email for fax notification at every stage of the case, from the initial filing, until the Writ of Possession is issued by the Clerk. The Firm's clients receive email or facsimile notifications when the Complaint is filed, when the case number is assigned by the Court, when service of process is made, when an Answer is filed, when a Default is sought against the tenant and when the Writ of Possession issues.

Our Fees Are Reasonable

We have established flat fees for most eviction services. If you would like more information about our procedures and the fees we assess for our legal services, please click here to request a copy of our eviction fee schedule by email.

Referring a New Matter to the Firm is Easy

If you require our services in the area of Landlords' Rights, please fax a copy of the tenant's lease and your lease termination notice (Three or Seven-Day) to (850) 224-1254 or email those documents to Evictions@ThrasherLawFirm.com.

If you have filed your own eviction action and the Court has set your case for hearing and you require the Firm's assistance, please print and complete our Landlord Eviction Hearing Request Form and fax it to our office with the noted attachments.
